One floor, full kitchen w/ cooking + cleaning needs & dinnerware, 1 full size bed, 2 twin beds, furnished living room, old knotty pine walls, large deck with picnic table, small grassy yard, off-street parking for ONE CAR. This is a NO SMOKING property--inside or outside, thank you. Please bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and swimsuits!!

I found the house delightful, but not very clean. the grass was ankle deep. No one told us there was an outside shower or where to find it until our 4th day there.we never did find out how to use the ceiling fans or how to turn them on. thankfully we didn't need them. We did have off street parking, but it was not acceptable to our accommodations.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway
Owner's Response: Please read owner response: I think this renter did not give enough info. 1. Grass (only) to the ankles, yes, we had 12 Days of Rain! 2. Renter said to me she found a cob web but only writes "not clean". 3. The shower belongs to the house, #163326, but she chose the cottage. 4. See the pictures, there are no ceiling fans !?! AND she never called me with questions, my number is on the frig. 5. Parking, I do advertise only 1 spot off-street parking. Anyone would agree a rained-out vacation is a bummer. Please read reviews during the -same time period- from the house visiters. Please write with any questions or picture requests. Thank You. :-)
