Come and enjoy all this wonderful beachfront home has to offer! 'Permanent Vacation' is a luxurious beach home located in the private gated community of Carillon Beach.

Our home is located on one of the largest gulf front lots in Carillon Beach. It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. It is approximately 3000 square feet heated and cooled with 900 square feet in decks.

Living: The main level features an open living/dining area with unbelievable gulf views. The living area features a fireplace and lovely built-ins. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, a Jenn-Air gas range, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a generous sized screened-in deck to enjoy those wonderful gulf breezes.

There is also a fun wet bar with wine cooler and small refrigerator located off of the living area to mix up your tropical concoctions.

The laundry room is located just off the kitchen for easy access and half bath on this level.

The upper level has a loft with seating area a brand new 42' wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD.

Sleeping: Bedrooms are spacious. The upper level offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.

Bedroom 1,You'll fall in love with the master bedroom with new king bedding and bath with its own private deck on the gulf.

Bedroom 2, has cool custom made queen bunk beds and a gulf view . Shares a full bath with the loft.

Bedroom 3, has 2 queens beds in this large bedroom with a lovely view of Lake Carillon and this room also has its own private bath en suite.

Bedroom 4, is located on the main floor with a king bed and bath en suite with lake views and access to a large deck on the front of the home.

The community of Carillon Beach is gated and offers three pools, two tennis courts, and a playground for the kids. Carillon Beach is very close to two grocery stores and approx. 10 minutes from the all new Pier Park complex which offers shopping, dining, and entertainment.

What a way to start a marriage!

There isn't enough space on this review to express how fantastic our week was at Permanent Vacation. We stayed here with 3 other couples during our wedding week. Even though there were 8 adults in the house, we never felt like it was crowded. The house is comfortably and beautifully decorated. We spent a great deal of time relaxing in the screened in porch and the wet bar area got a lot of use! The kitchen and dining room areas are perfect for family gatherings and meals. Our private beach chairs were always ready for us when we woke and we felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. All the rooms were very comfortable and the upstairs loft was perfect when football was on tv downstairs and the Emmy's were on upstairs! Angela, the owner, was very helpful and pleasent whenever we had any questions before our trip. And Helen, the property manager, was always available to answer our questions during our visit. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. Thank you Angela, Permanent Vacation will always have a special place in our hearts. This is where our marriage started and we couldn't be happier

Fun,Fun, Fun

We had a wonderful time at your house. It is gorgeous and loved the floor plan. It had everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing one. It was a family vacation which included an 85 yr.old down to a 3 yr. old. Everyone could retreat to their own private area of the house, if they wanted to. We loved being close to the pool, since our grand daughter doesn't like the ocean. I don't know where her parents went wrong with that. The only thing we experienced that we didn't like was biting flies. They were awful and we ended up dodging them the whole week. We visited Carillon twice in Sept. and had biting flies attack us so we decided not to come in Sept. anymore. Thanks again for opening up your lovely home for everyone to enjoy. Had a wonderful stay!

2012 Family Trip

Our family group of ten (10) stayed the week of June 16-23 of 2012 at 'Permanent Vadation' in Carillon Beach Florida. What can I say? It is a wonderful house in a great location!! We had a ball with plenty of room for all including an enfant and a two year old and all their stuff!! We have all started looking forward to next year.

Most outstanding views ...wish it could be our Permanent Vacation forever!

Our family shared the most memorable vacation ever. The views were breath taking, the kids were never bored, and our family really had the most memorable times on this vacation. Permanent Vacation was beautiful...it served our every need with our family ranging in ages 2-80. Everyone is making plans for next year. We loved the large decks, the views of the gulf and the lake, and the entertainment that we could listen to from the balcony. The fireworks were breathtaking....what an awesome vacation. Cannot wait until next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!
