Located in Nice town center. A fabulous apartment recently decorated with antiques and paintings, distinction and style. All four bathrooms and kitchen are brand new renovations with state of the art fixtures and fittings. 220 square meters on the 3rd floor of a listed building with a generous balcony, 7 minutes walk to the beaches and to the 'old town' where the buzzing piazzas, restaurants, bars and clubs are located. In the other direction only two minutes walk to the very chic and fashionable shopping area or 'zone piétonne' amongst the cafés, casinos and hotels. This is a perfect executive family rental, furnished beautifully, with sunny south facing rooms and balcony's. The apartment is equipped with broadband , office space and sky tv. Ideal for long term or short term. The building is elegant, secure and well maintained.
