The Mountain Hideaway: For the adventurous! The Shenandoah River (Public River Access) is within a short walking distance to enjoy fishing, canoeing, tubing, and kayaking. An outfitter is also located within walking distance. This is the place to get out and stretch your legs... with direct access to the George Washington National Forest and the Appalachian Trail. Are you looking at some down time? Just set back and relax in the screened in porch or smooth those aching muscles in the hot tub .The Cabin sleeps 4-6 people and has two bathrooms with showers. Bed linens and local phone service are free. Hiking, wildlife and peaceful surroundings await you! The cabin property attach's to the George Washington National forest and Luray is only a few miles away for the local attractions. Roast hot dogs and Marshmallows at the open fire pit. Look at nature up close.

This cabin is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The location is near perfect. It's not on the river but is very close, with easy access to the river and outfitter. Also fairly easy access to the town of Luray, and all the attractions in the area. The owner is very personable and easy to work with. This is and excellent place to stay, as long as it's not at a time we're planning to return! ;)

This place is absolutly amazing...We had the best time ever.The hot tub under the stars" Magical" you won't know unless you try it..We are most ,most ,definatly coming back...Thank you Sandy for your kindness..what a nice Lady you are.THANK YOU So Much!!!!!!
