This beauty is a 2nd floor direct ocean end unit. 2BR/2BTH. Queen bed in master and two twin beds in second bedroom. One roll away twin bed if needed. The condo faces East and the ocean is right outside the wall of windows in the family room. Master bedroom also faces East, has the same great view and its own balcony. Corner unit has windows that face South also! Heated Oceanside pool. This condo is located right next to World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier which offers shops, entertainment, open air restaurants and lounges & more. Plenty of shops and restaurants are just minutes away by car. A great vacation choice. WE also HAVE A NON-OCEANFRONT UNIT in the same building.

One of the more affordable vacation spots in all of Florida, there is never a lack of exciting things to do and see in and around Cocoa Beach. Besides offering the best of 'sun and fun,' while on the Space Coast you can go deep sea fishing or parasailing, try your luck aboard a casino cruise ship, or take a fabulous eco-tour to get up close and personal with Florida's awesome wildlife. Visit attractions like the Kennedy Space Center (maybe even see a space shuttle liftoff!), or the Brevard Zoo. Go shopping at the world famous Ron Jon. It's only a short drive to all the Orlando attractions. Enjoy dinner at one of the many dining spots on the beach, ranging from elegant to sand-in-your-shoes casual. After dark, enjoy the easy beach-style nightlife activities that run the gamut from cool jazz clubs to beach side cafes. Port Canaveral is minutes from Cocoa Beach. Disney Cruise Line makes its home in Port Canaveral, as well as Carnival and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

This super clean, second floor beauty is an end unit direct ocean. The view is phenomenal. And The Chateau by the Sea complex is THE place to be in Cocoa Beach. That's because this complex is right by the Pier and there are no weekly rentals available that are any closer or more exciting. Nicely updated with new leather furnishings, new porcelain tile throughout, beautiful decor, etc.

From your living room or balcony check out all the action; parasailers, volleyball players, live entertainment, waverunners, and boats of all kinds. The Pier offers open air bars, OVER THE OCEAN dining, shops, fishing off the pier, and much, much more. You're a few yards away from famous RonJohn's Surf Shop and all kinds of bar and grills, shopping, etc.

The unit also features a queen bed the master suite, two twins in the other, two full baths, and a roll-away bed. Stack washer and dryer are right in the condo unit for your convenience. You also have this rare heated Oceanside pool for a little more private relaxation away from the beach if you desire. On top of The Chateau by the Sea is this awesome roof top deck. It's available to anyone staying at the Chateau. You can relax up there with a couple of the lawn chairs we provide and check out a spectacular 360 degree, sixth-story view of Cocoa Beach. It is just a fantastic place to really relax and take it all in. If you're staying in Cocoa Beach, there is simply no place better than a direct ocean end unit at The Chateau by the Sea.
