This 5 star 2BR Windswept Villa located on the magnificent 10 mile beach of Kiawah Island and 12 miles from the historic city of Charleston, was totally rebuilt in 2008. Located on the first floor of an oceanfront building on the East Beach, it is just a short walk to The Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park. Granite countertops and stainless appliances surround an open dining area and living space. The Master Suite decorated in a contemplative Zen style connects to a stylish tiled bath complete with an elegant walk-in shower for two. The beautifully appointed Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, which can be converted to a king and a private bath. Beautiful beach views from the master suite and deck, where sipping drinks and enjoying the sea breeze make this Villa the ultimate in vacation luxury.

Beautiful Unit - We will stay here again !!!!

We had a wonderful time in Kiawah this summer. After 4 years of renting the same house, we decided to try something different this year. We are so glad that we did! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We especially loved viewing the ocean and palm trees from the master bedroom. There is an extra patio that is great for storing your beach chairs and boards and gave our kids a little extra space to play. The location is another plus. So close to everything including Night Heron Park.

The time we spent on Kiawah was very relaxing and fun. The villa was a master piece, who ever decorated it did an awesome job, Our family did not want to leave, every detail was beautiful.
the pictures on the intranet does not do the place justice, It was more than we could ever expect. Everyone we met there was very friendly and this is most definitely a family designed vacation spot. My family can't wait until our next visit.
