Edgewater at Barefoot is an exclusive community of low-rise condominium buildings which offer the utmost in luxury, amenities, and a multitude of activities for the whole family. This second floor property is custom decorated and accessorized for maximum comfort and enjoyment within the 1600 square feet of living space.

Only three miles from the beach, Barefoot Resort offers within the confines of its 2400 acres swimming, tennis, basketball, walking, biking, and jogging, four golf courses, restaurants, and a marina with boat and jet ski rentals available.

It is truly a self-contained community with all that the vacationer might want without having to travel far from the condo rental property. The Inter-coastal Waterway is across the parking lot from the building.

And it is only a 2-3 minute walk to the Resident's Club where you will find a beautiful pool overlooking the waterway, a veranda with tables and chairs for dining, a gas grill, hot tub, full kitchen, rest rooms and an indoor seating area for small or large groups.

There is not another community like Barefoot Resort and Edgewater in North Myrtle Beach and your beautiful accommodations coupled with gorgeous landscaped grounds and surroundings will make your vacation unforgettable.

Why The Owner chose Windy Hill

We decided to buy a vacation home in the Edgewater community of Barefoot Resort due to the upscale amenities and the spaciousness of the condo. We fell in love with the home's layout and ample closet space. Rather than decorate with a furniture package, my wife and I custom decorated this unit, buying every piece individually. We opted for a 'beach' theme while staying somewhat traditional in the nature of the furniture. The Edgewater community and Barefoot Resort have everything an owner or vacationer could want: beautiful grounds, close to the beach and pools, fitness center, golf, accessibility to biking and jogging paths, and in the heart of North Myrtle Beach with numerous restaurants and activities.

What makes this condo unique

Close to the Intercoastal Waterway and rental boats and jet skis, beautiful clubhouse and pool area with covered areas to escape the summer sun, barbeque facilities, and indoor kitchen in the clubhouse, completely renovated fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, golf is only 5 minutes away from the condo, the beach is less than 10 minutes away.

My family just returned from an amazing vacation in Myrtle Beach. This condo was perfect! The location was beautiful and the amenities were wonderful. This is the perfect condo for a family looking to relax and enjoy their vacation with no worries. We would wake up and enjoy sitting on the balcony while watching the early morning golfers then head to the beautiful pool. The condo is more beautiful then the pictures show. It was extremely clean and has everything you need. I will definitely stay in this condo again on a future trip to Myrtle Beach. The owners are fabulous to work with as well. Thank you for helping us create so many great memories on this trip.

My husband and I just returned home from a 10 day stay in this property. We have found the Barefoot Resort to be our choice of vacationing destinations and the Edgewater Community to be by far the best accommodations Barefoot Resort has to offer. The pictures of this property actually do not do it justice. It was everything promised and more. The property was tastefully decorated and included every amenity one could ever want. The owners were extremely accommodating easy to work with. The property is close to all attractions and restaurants, world-class golfing, and still with the peaceful tranquility one desires on vacation. With the gated community, the security is most appealing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and have bookmarked it myself for our next trip back to the grand strand!
