APARTMENT 1 (SLEEPS 4)

General Conditions: Air-conditioning (autonomous) is only in Mimosa apartment (4 sleeps): so to be paid on consumption.

All properties are rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. The final cleaning: is euro 12 per person.

The heating system: is autonomous for each each apartment so to be paid on consumption.

The closest Villages are San Casciano dei Bagni and Acquapendente (just 3 Km). It is the last of the Province of Viterbo. Here you can find: many Shops, Restaurants, Bars, Hospital, Markets Super, Pharmacies, Cinema, Theatre, etc…

In Orvieto there is a railway station and so our guests can travel cheaply and easily into Rome in about 1 hour without having to face the parking problem in the Capital.

Payments: Upon confirmation you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made by a Money Transfer. The remainder (60%) is paid at least 40 days before the starting date of your stay with another Money Transfer.

Deposit: A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival: euro 300 in cash for each apartment. This is to cover any damages to the property.

Number of occupants must be communicated at booking.
