Water front on wide mouth of the Pettaquamscutt. Boat, swim, or fish right in your back yard. Home totally remodeled in 2007. New granite kitchen, stainless appliances and dish washer. Large lawn going down to private beach. Great for volleyball and croquet. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower (hot/cold), cable TV, outside patio set on stone patio overlooking water. You can take a kayak or canoe out to ocean front and Narragansett Beach. URI rowing team practices across pond in morning. Great views. King size bed in master, 2 twin beds and one double, living room, den, mint condition.

We stopped here in Narragansett on our tour of the East Coast. We chose it because it was central and within striking distance of Boston as well as a lot of the great seaside towns. The House itself is very well kept and modern and has everything you could possibly need. The photographs really do not do it justice - it is miles better.The location is great ! a very nice residential area which is quiet and friendly. The direct access to the water allowed us to Kayak on most days and go swimming. Along the road the heads into Narragansett is a really good farm food shop , a fresh fish outlet and a great bakery. Look out for them - they are not obvious. We would definitely stay again - in fact my son wants to buy the house ! I highly recommend it.

I've been renting in the Narragansett area for 5 years looking for that "gem" where I can return year after year - this is it! We had the pleasure of staying both in July and August and are anxiously awaiting a return in 2010. Jeanne made every effort to make our stay at her home as convienient as possible by providing many immentities not typical of other rentals and I'll take this opportunity to let her know how deeply I appreciated her efforts. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a lifetime of memories!

Unforgettable Memories!

We stayed here the week of my daughter's wedding and found the house pristine (cleaner than clean!) and perfect for entertaining wedding guests and creating beautiful memories. Family and guests loved relaxing in the gorgeous backyard. We found the location so convenient and to our liking, very near Narragansett Beach but far enough away to be relaxing. T.F. Green Airport is a very easy commute, and Newport is practically a "stone's throw" away. Also, the private beach is terrific for swimming, kayaking, and water sports - right in the backyard! The house was pristine and wonderful. We will never forget our stay!

The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home.
It is soooo clean and well stocked. My family had a wonderful time, the kids enjoyed all the treasures that the beach has. Touch football in the back yard and grilling burgers, we had a blast. All you really need to bring are your cloths and toothbrush. We can't wait to go back .
