Our area of the Cape is one of the nicest locations in the quiet North West area but within easy reach of the extensive facilities and attractions that Cape Coral is famous for. Local things to do include Fishing, boating golf, beaches,Water park, designer outlets, Manatee park etc, There are two excellent public Golf courses with 18 and 27 holes just 5 minutes away (Budget price rounds and tuition available) and of course the extensive boating and fishing that the area is famous for. Some of the best beaches in the world are a 30 min drive (Fort Myers Captiva Sanibel) and our local beach 8 mile Fishing is fantastic for 12 months of the year and is infamous for the Tarpon fishing of Boca Grande, World class shark fishing and backwater fishing for Snook, Redfish, and Trout. You can hire our boat or fish from the canals, beaches or bridges. Our very own canal – the Monamink has good private fishing from the back yard dock and is visited by Manatees Ospreys and Eagles

Electric usage is included up to $50 per week, additional usage is $0.15 KWH. All bedding and towels are included. Beach towels are provided

Fishing in the area: Whether your fantasy is battling with a huge Silver King Tarpon or battling with monster Hammerhead Sharks Bullsharks or Lemons our area will fulfill the dream. Tarpon usually arrive in April and by May there are massive quantities in Boca Grande and the other passes. The beaches, bridges, sounds, flats etc also hold good numbers of fish. When the gulf warms up the sharks flood in in large numbers. Light tackle sharking for blacktips, reefs and hammerheads is great sport and if you like the heavy stuff 1000lb Hammerheads frequent the pases. Backwater fishing is excellent all year seasonally for various species incl Snook Redfish Trout and Sheephead. Freshwater fishing in the canals and lakes is good too with Bass and Carp fishing popular. Boat hire is available at reasonable rates and our dock is available for private mooring. Skippers (Guides) are available for half or full day charters for Tarpon, Fly, Blue, offshore, backwater or shark fishing trip.

Things to do in the area: The great thing about this area is there are things for all the family. Dad can experience world class fishing, Mum world class shopping and for the kids there will never be enough time. The fishing and boating is outstanding with over 400 miles of canals, various lakes, Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. There are various shopping malls, stores and designer outlets - all the great names at great prices. The sandy beaches are world class and rarely get crowded. There are various local attractions - Parks, Manatees, Dolphins, watersports, kayak, sports, cinema etc and our area is within easy drive of Florida's other big attractions. Orlando, Miami and Kennedy Space Centre are approx 3 hours drive. Tampa and Busch gardens is approx 2 hours drive. Sarasota and the Everglades approx an hour drive. All reached on the Interstate motorways.

Best ever rental home

We stayed several times in a holiday home in Florida, but none have been as good as this one. Starting already with a friendly welcome from the villa manager.
Clean, comfortable, spacious and all kinds of extras to make the stay wonderful:
Osmosis clean water throughout the house so no dragging with bottle water.
Chlorine free pool, infant safety net available.
Large and luxurious master bed- and bathroom.
Almost brand new.

Our stay at this lovely home was the first week in March, 2009. The home was more than anyone could expect; more than fully equipped, spacious, extremely clean and close to local shoppng centers and beaches. The games and fishing pier were a huge success with our grandchildren and the sunsets were to die for. The children loved the pool and the entire pool area was not only beautiful but peaceful. The home was equipped just like you were home. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this beautiful home again in sunny Florida!

This Villa Is A Must Stay

If you're planning on visiting Cape Coral, this is the Villa you need to rent. My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed here the first week in February 2009. We plan on staying here again next year. It's conveniently located to all kinds of adventure, entertainment, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owner and property manager provided first class service and made themselves available to answer any questions throughout our stay. They even had brochures for area attractions ready for us when we arrived. My wife and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary on this visit and the property manager went out of her way to help me get a dozen of roses and a spa gift card to the property before we arrived. That's what I call first class service. The property was spotless, well maintained, and the view and atmosphere was outstanding. We have already recommended this property to friends and family. They say a picture is worth a thousand words... seeing this property live... speechless. Thanks to Jeff, Jackie, Susan, and Pat we'll cherish our memories here forever. Scott

Amazing villa!!!!!

If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation and a beautiful place to stay then Jeff & Jackie’s villa in Cape Coral is the perfect getaway. We stayed at the villa in February 2009, and had an amazing time. The villa was just luxurious and very impressive!!! All of the accommodations that we could ever need or ask for even ones that we wouldn’t have thought of. They thought of every detail down to a welcome basket with a bottle of champagne. They made us feel right at home. Susan the villa manager was great and helped us with any questions that we had. We have a 16 month old son, and the house was perfect for a young family. Our son loved the toddler section of the pool so he could splash around. They even had toys for him to play with and a movie selection for him to watch. It was very kid friendly!

We ate out several times and there were a lot of great restaurants within a short drive. The house was so great though, we almost never left. You didn’t really need to because it had everything that you needed. The weather was perfect, so we were in the pool every day. We had the best time, and we are already talking about when we can get back. We would highly recommend staying at this amazing villa!!!!
