On the first floor, there are 2 king master suites with 32' LCD TV/DVD. A guest suite with queen bed is also located on the first floor with 26' LCD TV/DVD. Your kids will love our specially decorated theme rooms upstairs. Your girls will truly be princesses in our princess room. Our Mickey room is professional decorated with large wall murals of Mickey and friends. This is truly a magical castle for your prince and princess. Both princess and Mickey room have LCD TV/DVD. All bedrooms have their private bath. Our Air Conditioning Game room will be enjoyed by both adult and children. Pool table, commercial grade full size air hockey table and a Children's play area with wooden train table and tool bench. Large TV with DVD/VHS player and Nintendo Wii for all to enjoy.

Located at the Reserve, the upscale and newest part of the Windsor Hills resort, 'Prince Andrew's Castle' has a premium lot that over looks a natural area, not into another home or pool. The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community and fireworks! One of the three children's playgrounds is within 1-2 minutes walk from the back of the house.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. The resort includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a huge lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; state of the art fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; and billiards; and a computer lounge with full internet access. In addition, within Windsor Hills, there is a large Castle Playground; small playgrounds throughout; sand volleyball and tennis courts; a putting green; an RV parking area; and an on-site sundry store. Great Disneyworld Home

Loved the house and location for Disney parks. All parks within 10 to 20 minutes away. We had 2 sets of grandparents, parents and 2 daughters age 2 and 4. The girls loved the Princess and Mickey themed rooms. Home is spacious and nicely decorated, well kept and looks like photos on website. There are many and varied restaurants within 2 to 5 miles from home. The computer and large television sets were enjoyed by all. Pool and whirlpool were used every night and day after visiting the parks. The game room is well equipped and will keep you busy if you desire. Cynthia is a warm and friendly person to work with and I would recommend any and all friends to stay here for a vacation.

Fabulous Time

Dear Cynthia:

I wanted to write and let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous time at Prince Andrew's Castle! After six days at Disney parks we were worn out, but we could have easily stayed another week just enjoying the pool and other amenities your lovely home had to offer. We felt at ease the second we walked in. It was everything that was promised and more - granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, beautiful furniture, and an awesome game room. The kids loved the Princess and Mickey rooms!!!

While the clubhouse pool was nice, we rarely pulled ourselves away from the luxury of having a private pool that was available at our convenience. There was plenty of room for the eleven of us to swim and enjoy the hot tub. We definitely got spoiled by our accommodation on this trip.

Thank you again for being so easy to work with and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will most certainly return on a future trip and would recommend a stay here to anyone. You will love it!!!

A True Prince

We just stayed at Prince Andrew’s Castle and had the most wonderful time. The house is simply fantastic and I highly recommend it. It was so great to be able to come home from a long day at the park and jump in the pool. We had more then enough space for 11 people. Plus the kids really enjoyed the game room. We also enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse. A+ accommodations.

Wonderful relaxing getaway!!

From the time we enter the front gate we thought we had made the right choice. But when we open the front door of Ethan's Disney Dream House we knew that we had made the right choice.... It was BEAUTIFUL!! It was even better than the pictures.. We were looking for a place where our family could relax and enjoy themselves, and that is just what we had found.

This was a wonderful place for a family getaway.... You had everything you needed for a relaxing time with your family... My husband and I took our son's family to Orlando for a family getaway, and that is just what we found. From the time we arrived until the time we had to leave it was a very enjoyable trip for everyone... Our grandchildren ages 5, 7 and 9, had the time of their life. They did not stop, unless they were sleeping.
When we arrived they hit the floor running. Our granddaughter loved the princess room, she felt like a princess.. The room was perfect for her. She hates to have her picture taken, but here she was begging for us to take her picture on the bed playing the the princess dolls. She dressed in the princess outfits, danced and sang. She just loved it.. She would go and play with the kitchen set and then to the pool and swim..

Our two grandsons found the Starwars room to be their little hideout. It was nonstop for they, with the WII games, air hockey, movie theater and pool. And for the adults we just relaxed and enjoyed.....

The adventures to the Clubhouse were great. The waterslide and pool, game room and even had a private movie scheduled in their theater. The playground was just out our front door across the street.

You can always tell if children enjoyed themselves, if they are asking when can we go back again? This is really a wonderful place and we hope to be coming back again.

Wonderful Home

Hi Cynthia,
I just wanted to letting you know how much we enjoyed our Disney vacation and to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. With the June heat; as soon as we returned from the parks each day, we would head straight for the pool (one day we actually came home from Magic Kingdom for lunch and had about a 4 hour break; which of course the kids wanted to swim and cool off).. then went back for the late afernoon and night-time fireworks. The kids enjoyed the pool as much as the adults liked just sitting in the spa and relaxing each night. We are telling family & friends.. if they should go to Disney, they need to stay at your home and how helpful you were in giving me all the information regarding the parks. We are already planning on a return trip!
