Wells, the Friendliest Town in Maine: The Cottages at Summer Village are new freestanding cottages with extra-large windows, 9’ ceilings, and 12’ sliders that open up the living area to a three-season porch combine to give each cottage an open, airy feeling. Each three-season porch features 5’ high glider windows with screens and an old-fashioned ceiling fan. Porch windows can be opened wide to the summer breezes. The air conditioned cottage contains two bedrooms each with queen size beds and ceiling fans. A spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and a dishwasher. A full bathroom with granite counter tops and a washer/ dryer unit. The porch has seating for six and includes a pull out couch.

The Barn: The barn is the centerpiece of the amenities at The Cottages at Summer Village. The barn houses a great room with a fireplace, a complete fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms with saunas, a game room with a variety of game tables an arcade and a computer center.
