This house in the heart of the Hampton's, is within just minutes of all the things the Hampton's has to offer. It is a well laid out, clean, single story house, situated on a 1/2 are lot. It has a huge backyard and a large deck off the kitchen. The southern facing rear deck is sun filled and great for that morning coffee or the evening BBQ. There is also a nice hot outdoor shower. You are literally minutes away from any event, place and beach you have ever heard about that takes place in the Hampton's.

This house is situated just north of downtown Bridgehampton. On a block of similar type houses that were all built in the early 1960's. Everything and anything in the Hamptons is less than 10 miles away: Downtown Bridgehampton 2 miles (Pierre's, Hampton Classic horse show, Wolffer Estate Winery, Polo) Downtown Easthampton 8 miles (Guild Hall, Nick and Toni's, Gucci) Downtown Southampton 8 miles (Pink Elephant, Gin Lane, Parrish Art museum) and Historic Sag Harbor 3 Miles (Bay Street theatre, The Whaling Museum, B. Smith's). The Channing Daughter's Winery in just around the corner.
