Description of the Hiawassee vacation chalet rental
This cozy chalet offers all the charm and romance needed for a great getaway. The large bedroom has a queen bed with luxury linens, full lake view with cable TV and DVD. The over sized bath is wonderfully decorated with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Leather sofa pulls out for a queen bed and over sized chair makes a twin. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Full view from the kitchen and great room. Cable and DVD in great room also. Swing, dine or rock and read on the wonderful back porch or head through the grassy lawn to the dock for fishing, swimming or boating. Dock has four slips and ramp is just down the road. Charcoal grill also available.

We are located at 140 Sunnyside (Hwy 288) in the beautiful North GA mountains near the quaint mountain town of Hiawassee! Guests have free boating/swimming access to Lake Chatuge (7200 acres). Go hiking on the world famous Appalachain trail, horseback riding, golfing, antiquing, fly rod fishing, fresh water fishing in the lake or mountain streams for rainbow trout, or simply to get-away-from-it-all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the North GA mountains. There is local and headlining entertainment, mountain fairs, wonderful fresh markets and restaurants, and lots of fresh air. An easy drive to Dillard, Blairsville, Clayton, Helen, Murphy, Franklin, etc. Or simply stick around the cabin and fish, swim, or just relax while you enjoy the view.
