Northwood Vacation Rental house

What a place! This home is everything you want in a vacation rental. It's spacious, comfortable, convenient, accommodating and most all FUN! There is room to entertain guests and put them up for the night. The lake is gorgeous and just a short stroll down the beautiful lawn.

If the weather keeps you inside, everyone can find comfort in the HUGE living room and best of all, go upstairs to the game room. My family had a blast playing ping pong and air hockey, not to mention basketball and golf.

The yard, both back and front, is simply gorgeous. I enjoyed walking my young sons around the property, observing the landscaping, stonewalls, flowers, blueberry bushes and lush scenery. Our entire extended family fit comfortably on the deck for a barbecue and a view of the lake. Later, we all hit the back lawn for a family football game.

Other features: an extended dining room for big dinners with guests; the driveway made a great place for bike riding for my boys; spend the morning on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake; plenty of extra chairs for the deck and the dining room; swimming toys; dishwasher; wine refridgerator; and plenty of fans, if you need them.

In many ways, it's the little things that count. That's where the owner really makes the difference. Amy couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming. She knew our kids were very young, so she made sure breakables were out of reach before we arrived. She also made a tricycle and other toys available for us to use...including a slip 'n slide which was a big hit with my kids and their cousins. Amy was always accessible for questions leading up to our stay, and very responsive to any queries.

We couldn't have asked for more from this vacation home. Anything you might need is just a short drive away. Plus, you can get to the Lakes Region, the Seacoast, or Boston/Manchester/Concord/Portsmouth all in a reasonable amount of time. The only question is: why leave this fantastic home?
