Home is accompanied with custom built log furniture including 1 King Log Bed, 1 Queen Log Bed, 1 Queen sized futon, 4 Log Bunk Beds and an inflatable Aero Bed (Queen). Incredible stone fireplace is the centerpiece of open concept living room and kitchen. Kitchen offers custom cabinets with granite countertops, dine-in island, propane 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher and ice /water dispensing refrigerator. Dining area features custom built log dining table. 600 sf Finished basement for entertaining, laundry. Minutes to Storyland, the Saco River and Fryeburg Fairgrounds. Just 10 minutes to North Conway, Outlet Shopping, 2 ski resorts (Cranmore and Shawnee Peak) and many lakes. Snowmobile trail access from property. Only 15 minutes to Long Lake. Eight of us used the cabin for a long-weekend of golfing, cooking, and poker. The cabin itself is beautiful, with great quality craftsmanship and a nice layout. We all slept comfortably split between five different rooms. The kitchen is nicely set up, with everything you need. Tricia and Scott were easy to reach, and the cabin was spotless when we arrived.

A fabulous time!

As much as I'd like to keep this place a "family secret," my conscience is forcing me to write this review. My brother, sister, and I rented this home for a long weekend at the end of the February school break to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday with all of our families, and we all had a fantastic time. In total we had 6 middle aged adults, 4 kids ages 7-11, and one 80 year old. As my mother said, it was the perfect balance of rustic and luxurious.

The state-of-the-art kitchen not only looked beautiful, but was fully equipped, allowing us to make fabulous meals and a birthday cake from scratch. The open hearth fireplace in the center of the house provided the perfect place for a few good heart-to-heart talks with the nieces and nephews as well as late night gab sessions with the adults.The space is so well designed that anyone who needed a bit of quiet had a place to escape to, yet there was plenty of room for the kids to mess around.

In addition to the close proximity to ski areas and tubing, the special treat was the pond in the back which provided a lovely private skating rink--once my brother-in-law put a little energy behind the shovel :-) We could not have asked for a better experience!

Huge, comfortable, everything top quality

I rented this cabin for my family visiting for a wedding. We were all wowed the moment we drove up and again when we stepped in the door.

The cabin is very spacious. We had 10 in our group and had room to spare. There's a nice high celling in the main area with a beautiful fireplace in the center.

Everything in the cabin was of high quality, from the clean soft bath towels to the linens to the nice wine glasses in the kitchen. We found we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and high speed internet.

The owners were also very nice and answered all our questions. Our security deposit was promptly returned after our stay.

I would definitely recommend this cabin as for a getaway, especially for families or groups.
