With gorgeous views of the entire city, the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath also provides underground parking and easy highway access. Perfect for a summer getaway with a 3 mile walk to lake Michigan and festival grounds- And across the street from Milwaukee’s award wining Riverwalk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Located on the top floor, it is in the same building as Tutto restaurant- who will provide room service for lunch and dinner- and will famously be in the heart of the Harley Davidson Anniversary party, on 3rd St as well.

A few kinks to this rental yet

The condo is as spacious, clean and new as depicted. It is perhaps too new, as in untested. Parking is available, but enormously challenging (very steep entry, very tiny spaces). Entry to the condo is either through the restaurant, parking garage or five flights of stairs. The kitchen is equipped with aluminum pots and missing several standard appliances and tools. There is no wireless connection & the TV doesn't seem to have reception. Communication with the renters/owners is difficult & the noise from a neighboring bar is intense at night. It could be okay if you communicate diligently beforehand & I expect it will improve as it gets more use.
