The Canyons Ski Resort is the largest single ski & snowboard resort in the country (with over 3,700 acres of skiable terrain) , known for long, wide open runs for both beginners to advanced skiers/snowboarders (in Winter) and bikers/hikers (in Summer). The Olympic center (home of 2002 Winter games), music festivals, Sundance film festival, Summer art festival, fly fishing, mountain climbing, horseback riding are all very close and convenient. Numerous lakes and reservoirs for fun water sports -- water skiing, wake boarding, jet skiing. In Park City there is something for everyone to enjoy, no matter what time of the year.

Winter time activities -- : World class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating and sledding are just a few of the winter sports in Park City. In addition, snowmobiling and sleigh rides are close by. For the young at heart, experience the Alpine Coaster -- one of the few roller coasters in the snow. Or take a romantic sleigh ride to a wonderful dinner at one of the high mountain yurts.

Summertime in Park City --: Hiking and biking out your door, rock climbing, golfing, world class fly fishing, hot air ballooning, and all types of water sports. 5 minutes away is the Olympic Park where you can learn to ski jump with the US Ski Team (and land is a pool of water), ride zip lines, bobsled rides or try the Olympic luge (at speeds up to 60 MPH). Enjoy golf? More than 5 exceptional golf courses close by. Park City is an outdoor enthusiasts heaven!!

Evening time and cultural events ---: Fabulous restaurants throughout Park City; two of the nicest restaurants are located within walking distance. Or ride the Gondola to the top of the mountain for a wonderful meal and either hike back down or ride the gondola. Park City is home to the summer Art Festival (first weekend in August) and has many renown Art Galleries. In addition, summer time includes music concerts at both the Canyons (walk from the Townhouse) and Deer Valley Mt. Resort. Lots of shopping, including the Tangier Outlet Mall (within a 5 minute drive) and the farmers market in the Canyon's parking lot.

"The condo was perfect for our group of 6 older adults. It was very clean, appointed with new furnishings, and had all of the amenities and comforts we are used to in our own home. We were close to town for easy access to shopping and restaurants, while having great outdoor activities right outside our front door. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a rental that feels like home away from home."

Beautiful Condo at the base of the Canyons resort!

I stayed at the Red Pines Condominium and had a fabulous time! The location was perfect, within walking distance to The Canyons resort, hot tub and swimming pool, and relaxing spa called Papillou. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and the living room has a flat screen TV and fireplace! Each evening after skiing, the eight of us cooked a large dinner, drank wine and played games by the fire! What more can you ask for!!! Annie H, Boston, MA

This townhouse is nice and very close to The Canyons base (10 minute walk) and also close to the free bus system. The location is great - we played in the snow in the back and enjoyed a fire at night. Would rent again. Good for families.
