The 2 bedroom, 1 bath house is a charming 1920’s California Bungalow with a sun porch that looks out on a quiet brick patio and peaceful gardens. But if you do not want to merely look out on the yard, you can enjoy dinner at the outside dining table. Or you can get some work done with the help of the wireless Internet access. When you enter the house you will walk through the sun porch into a relaxing living room. It is a great place to relax, watch TV or read a book. Amenities include cable, TiVo and a DVD player. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware, pots and pans and includes a microwave in addition to the antique stove. And for eating inside there is a cozy dining room just off the kitchen. There are two off-street parking spaces and ample street parking with no permit required. **Please be aware that I DO NOT use the homeaway.com calendar, so please contact me directly for availability.

The house is located in a prime Santa Monica location just 6 blocks from the beach. It is a short distance to both the Third Street Promenade and Main Street where you will find amazing shops, restaurants and weekend farmer's markets - not to mention some over-the-top people watching. For more people watching and sidewalk entertainment Venice Boardwalk and the Santa Monica Pier are also close by. Being close to the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy great surfing, biking, sailing and incredible sunsets. If you are here for work, there is a major freeway a short distance away. From there you will be able to get to downtown Los Angeles in just 25 minutes (traffic permitting of course).
