Availability this summer! Quaint two-story cottage on very quiet lane with pocket views of salt marsh and salt-water bay. Perfect for small family! Upstairs loft with skylight is one big room with a partial divider, separating an alcove with 2 twin beds and another spacious area with 3 twin beds. Downstairs has compact fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, dining nook, living room with full size sofa-bed and sliding glass doors to backyard plus separate doors to small front deck and screened-in porch. Newly renovated with wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs and downstairs. Tree-filled yard. Eight minute drive to South Cape Beach -- one of the best beaches on Cape Cod!

Closer by there's movies and the Mashpee Commons shopping center, grocery stores, and a small marina on Seconsett Island. Or head further afield - about 1 hour away - to the outer Cape, where you'll find the breathtaking National Seashore, Truro, and Provincetown.
