This very hip private home sits right on the golf course and is the only guard gated, upscale community, in Las Vegas within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip. This is a perfect entertainers home for those seeking value and high end accommodations.The downstairs entertainment area has a brand new custom 8 foot pool table, sound system and 42 inch plasma TV. The kitchen has stainless steel Jenn-Air Appliances, Granite Counters, Wine Cooler and a Filtered Water System. The master bedroom is huge, 20x30 and opens up to a large balcony with views of the pool, golf course and Stratosphere Hotel. The master bathroom has mosaic tile and natural stone with a giant jacuzzi tub and walk in see through glass Shower with Body sprays.   • Security Deposits:
    A $500.000 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a two night stay. A $1,200.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a one week stay. A $4,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required for a one month stay. All Rental Fees and Security Deposits must be made by Visa or Mastercard.

    All rentals are to be paid 60 days in advance of arrival or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. REFUND POLICY: If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival all money refunded. 45 days prior to arrival 1/2 money refunded. 30 days or less--all monies forfeited. Security deposit, (less on Demand Cable Charges incurred, if any) is completely refundable in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, items missing or there is an excessive amount of cleaning beyond what is considered normal.
