3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 12. Large deck with gas grill.

Fully equipped kitchen. Full size washer / dryer. King bed in master, queen in second bedroom. Third bedroom has a full size twin over full bunk bed. Loft over kitchen provides additional sleeping area include full bed and 3 twin beds.

Long driveway fits multiple vehicles. Fenced in yard great for smaller children. Seasonal view.

Minutes to Storyland, North Conway, outlet shopping, Attitash, Bretton Woods, Cranmore, Black Mountain, Wildcat, golf and Jackson village. Amazing family hiking trails including Diana's Bath, Echo Lake and Glen Ellis Falls.

Close to many other family attractions including Santa's Village, Six Gun City, Whale's Tale, Clarks Trading Post and hiking trails along the Kangamangus Highway.

Membership to Christmas Mountain Amenitites Building for up to 6 people provided to renters. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, steam room, sauna, game room and exercise room.

We stayed here with two families with small children. The property is very closely situated to Story Land which was wonderful. We also made use of the pools--even though we stayed during the middle of Summer, the outdoor pool water was too cold for the kids, so we were happy to have the indoor pool available to us as well.
The house is spacious and well-maintained. We had 4 young children and 2 babies in our party, so we appreciated having a full kitchen and a gas grill. We had no reason to take our group to a restaurant. We all loved our trip and would definitely rent this house again.
Maureen Burke was very easy to work with as well.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Convenient location

This chalet is conveniently located near storyland between Jackson and North Conway. It has a nice big porch that would be great in the summer. The main floor is a good space but some bedrooms are a bit small. The electronics are older. The CD player didn't work which was disappointing so we used laptops to play music which wasn't ideal. The kitchen is spacious with a separate dining area which is nice. The wood burning stove was nice and helped keep the house warm.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thank you for providing feedback on your stay at our home. The electronics are older. It is on our list of things to replace on our next visit.

We tried to maximize the sleeping capacity within the house. The second bedroom is 11x13 and includes a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Adding the twin bunks did limit the space in the room but we felt that providing the beds would be useful for families. The master bedroom is 13x15 and includes a king size bed. There is plenty of space on the floor to add a full or queen sized air mattress. The third bedroom is smaller at 8x9. To try and maximize the sleeping capacity for families we put a twin over full size bunk bed in the room. We also have a loft over the kitchen which includes 3 twin beds.

The house is in great condition

My family stayed in the house for few days for fall foilage trip. The house was well furnished and my kids really loved it that they did not miss their home. My son called it "hotel". I guess they liked it very much. It is very close to the story land (less than a mile) so it is great place to bring children during the summer or fall. We are planning to come back next year!
