This Luxury Waterfront is a spacious new villa, fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. Inside, you will find 4 bedrooms which include 1 king, 2 queen, and 1 twin-sized beds and 1 sofabed in the living area. The villa has 3 bathrooms, a dining room, and a large, open-concept living room with TV, DVD, and CD player. There is a billiard room available for entertainment. A large fully equipped kitchen provides a casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodations. The villa is ideal for large families and is equally suitable for couples. There is access to a spacious lanai and an extended deck area where you will find the 13ft by 26ft electrically, heated swimming pool, and a spa. The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds and a patio set . From this area you've got an amazing view at the 'Rotonda river'. A Golf course is on your doorstep. We provide all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Make use of free Internet.

This villa is located on Rotonda West Circle, which is a gorgeous, restricted community with 6 golf courses within its boundaries, unspoiled, and uncrowded. It is situated on the Cape Haze Peninsula near Sarasota, Englewood, and Punta Gorda. Its tropical location, fabulous beaches, world class fishing and golf make it an ideal place for your vacation. Some of the finest state parks in Florida are located near our villa for you to visit. Orlando is approximately 2.5 hours away and you may choose to take a day trip to “Dysneyland” for a whole lot of family fun. The International Airport of Tampa(1.5hr)and Fort Myers Airport(1hr)provide easy access to Rotonda. With Englewood Beach to the North, and Boca Grande Beach to the South, our villa is perfectly located 15 mins drive to these fabulous, sandy beaches. The nearby shopping plaza includes Publics, Wallmart, Home Depot and other grocery stores.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please, make a reservation from Sat-Sat. If it's not possible, we'll see if we can make an exception
  • Rates: The rates are per week. Extra days will be on a pro-rate basis. Bookings of less than 6 nights will be subject to a cleaning surcharge. Bookings of 4 to 8 weeks at 10% discount. Long term Rentals at 15% discount (over 8 weeks). Rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, satellite TV, local telephone calls, pre-arrival and end of stay cleaning. If required, electric heating is also available for the heated pool at a rate of $90 per week.Over 8 people per visit $150.00/person Extra

    An initial down payment of 30% is required to validate your booking. The outstanding balance must be paid 8 weeks before the rental start date together with a separate security deposit cheque of $500. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you after accounting for any damage, shortages, breakages or excessive utility bills during your stay.

    More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only
    Between 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental
    Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental

    Rates can change at any time without prior notice.

    Arrivals and Departures:
    Check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of arrival
    Check-out time is before 11 am on the day of departure

We had eight family members in this house very comfortably. The location was great as it was not in a busy area, yet the conveniences of Wal-Mart, etc. were less than 10 minutes away. The drive to the beach is not far and is beautiful. The pool area was great as well. My family enjoyed this location very much.
