Resort style living located in North Scottsdale in a quiet ground floor location, surrounded by beautiful greenery and palm trees. Easy access to Loop 101, nearby shopping, dining, and fun entertainment. This condo has been completely remodeled in 2008 and has a private patio, fireplace, and access to two pool areas and hot tubs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed as your home away from home, with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, the second bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet. In-condo laundry features a full-size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. Wide-screen LCD TVs are provided in the living area and each bedroom, with an HD receiver available on the living room TV. High-speed Internet access (wireless or cabled) is also included.

Great Spring Break Get Away

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo. Brad was a pleasure to work with and even provided us information about the condo and the area prior to our arrival. The condo had everything we needed. It is located in a great location within the complex. The pools are close by and we had our assigned parking spot close by. The condo was extremely clean, as was the entire complex. It is a very quiet area and there are many conveniences located within a 10 min drive. We will definitely be in contact with Brad on our next visit to the Phoenix area and I would highly recommend this prosperity to others. It was truly a great home away from home.j

Awesome! Owner of the unit thought of pretty much everything right down to a deck of cards and paper pad to keep score. Was really easy to work with in making arrangements. Condo unit very luxurious, amazingly well stocked and in immaculate shape. Perfectly located close to parking spot and pool. Condo development perfectly located near shopping, golf and lots of restaurants. Hope to stay there again next year.

We absolutley loved our stay and still talk about it often. It felt like we were right at home. It had everything you needed. This was the first rental that I actually did not need one thing that I brought!

The beds were so comfortable as well as the couch! We just loved that the pool was so close and even had the option to sit outside if we wanted.

It was so close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful. We can not wait to rent again! The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very patient with all of my needs and questions and last minute extra stay requests!

I can't imagine renting anywhere else in the area ;)

Great condo in a great location within minutes of the main highway. The condo was very clean with everything in it that we needed to make it our "home away from home". The pools were very nice and relaxing to hang out at. We loved the fact that it was located in a residential area where it was very quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and we will stay here the next time we are in Scottsdale. Brad was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!!!!

Had a wonderful experience renting from Brad. It was clean, plenty of room for a family of 4, pool is right outside the front door, all the amenities you need to stay for a week or longer. Close to the 101 loop which you will need to get just about anywhere. Brad made it such an easier process from the time I booked right through to the time we got back, he kept in touch by email and even sent an email the week prior to us leaving to see if we had any questions prior to our arrival at his condo and asked to get back in touch on our return to ensure everything went ok.

Brad, we really appreciate the time you have taken to make sure our trip was a great one. We will definetly rent from Brad again!!!!
