Resort style living located in North Scottsdale in a quiet ground floor location, surrounded by beautiful greenery and palm trees. Easy access to Loop 101, nearby shopping, dining, and fun entertainment. This condo has been completely remodeled in 2008 and has a private patio, fireplace, and access to two pool areas and hot tubs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed as your home away from home, with refrigerator, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in closet, the second bedroom has two twin beds and a walk-in closet (a sofa bed is also available). In-condo laundry features a full-size washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. Wide-screen LCD TVs are provided in the living area and each bedroom. Cable TV and high-speed Internet access (wireless or cabled) is also included.

Very Relaxing

I travel extensively for work and frequently with my wife and daughter for pleasure. Top priorities: cleanliness, privacy and location. Brad's condo met all three. Adding to them was the well equipped kitchen and great main tv to relax in front of after each day. Reserved parking also a plus.

The location worked well for us, close to friends and hiking, as well as to shopping for the girls. I managed to relax by the quiet pool and read while they tried to jump start the economy!

Brad and Connie were great to work with, which made a difference to my wife in choosing a condo. It's always refreshing to meet people who represent themselves and their properties accurately, as well as flexible enough to work with you on dates and times - with us that was accommodating our dates for an ASU college visit and our flight departure (allowing us some extra time the last day).

Thanks to Brad and Connie on for helping making our Phoenix visit pleasurable. Believe me, when we landed in snow and cold temperatures, we wished we had more time there!

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my stay was at this condo. It was spotless and in perfect condition.

We were provided with a detailed list of information on the amenities that the property offered both inside and out. Everything was so well organized and much appreciated. This made our stay a very pleasant one. The owner was always available to answer any questions I had by phone or email.

I would be more than happy to recommend this property to friends and family.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

During the month september 2008 we stayed one week in this condo. We had a wonderful holiday !
The condo is extremely well equiped (kitchen, bathroom, televisions, dvd, airco, ...) and well maintained.
The condo is close to numerous golfcourses and shopping malls and located in a nice neighbourhood.
I would definitely recommend this condo to all our friends and relatives. If ever visiting Arizona again we'll definitely stay there again.

Spectacular Condo! Immaculate!

We stayed at this condo in March 2008.  The owners were very accomodating and exceeded our expectations for a rental.  I will never stay in a hotel again!The condo was immaculate and the beds were comfy, too.  We didn't want to go home.The pool was great and the area was very safe for our family of four.I highly recommend renting this condo for an amazinggetaway to Scottsdale.  Jim & Tracie from Illinois
