2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6

Our beach house is a spacious modern house, with two roomy bedrooms with Queen beds, and two full bathrooms. There's a sofa bed and futon as well, so can sleep 6 in a variety of arrangements. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a full-size washer and dryer. Cable TV and high-speed Internet too. Our large 2nd story deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. We're on a quiet street, one house away from the neighborhood beach area. Walking distance from Sylvan beach amusement park and resort area, as well as Verona Beach State Park. Great fishing, swimming, shopping, dining, walking, and biking.

All rentals are Sunday check-in, Saturday check-out. Well-behaved pets are welcome with an additional deposit of $50/pet.

Oneida Lake is the largest inland lake completely within the State of New York, It's well known for its Walleyed Pike, Perch and Bass fisheries. As part of the Barge Canal System, boaters can navigate from here to Buffalo, Syracuse, Canada and the St. Lawrence Seaway.

There's something here for everyone! Take a walk across the bridge over the Barge Canal, and you'll find the resort town of Sylvan Beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and special events here. The Sylvan Beach Amusement Park is one-of-a-kind amusement park with a great mixture of nostalgia (skee-ball anyone?) and new amusements. It's much more homey (and reasonably priced) than those huge impersonal theme parks!

We're also a short drive (or a longer walk) from Verona Beach State Park, where there's a public swimming area with lifeguards, picnic areas and camping. The nearby Finger Lakes region, with its wineries, museums and state parks is just a short drive away, as is the the Turning Stone Casino.

We've been coming to the beach house at Verona for 4 years straight now and absolutely love it. Great neighborhood. Great beach especially for young children. Conveniently located close to everything , but private as well.
House is just the right size for our family of 5. Its always clean and well updated.
It just makes vacation a vacation and you feel at home. Hope to be able to come back for years to come.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Verona Beach house. Really close to the lake, great views from the deck and many extras included that made the stay more fun(bikes, toys, games,tubes). We are from the area so we had friends and family visit. The home is well maintained, clean and most items are provided(garbage bags, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer etc) . We would rent this home again if it is available during our next trip up here. The owner provided all infor needed for problems and took care of trash disposal mid week. It felt like we where home!!!!!
