Our community is quiet and we have a communal pool.There are 24 hour grocery stores, and a harris teater .4 miles from villa. Also there is A real nice place called Bayside shopping center which is ravishing. The hottest club called Seacrets which is 6 minutes from the villa. You take a bus or drive.

Rented the villa with couple of friends and it was the perfect house for us, we couldn't have asked for more. I would definitly recommend this to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed in this rental with our 3 boys. The house is beautiful and has great potential, but has not been taken care of. It looks as though it has been stripped. There is no dresser in the master bedroom, no coffee pot or toaster in the kitchen, not to mention no large pot to cook dinner for my family. The furniture throughout the house is mismatched - nothing goes together. The "couch" in the living room was falling apart and my husband had to find boards in the garage to fix it.
On the positive side, the neighborhood is beautiful, it is close to the beach, and the community pool was wonderful.

The best vacation yet

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and that gave us time to relax after our adventures. The house is close to everything you could want. The families that live in the neighborhood were very friendly and would answer any questions that we may have had. My only wish was that the house would have had a patio (which is the only thing keeping me from giving it a five). May next year?
