Our Casa Sol Sonriente is on a desert hillside over looking the Pacific Ocean, it's within walking distance to the private Pedregal beach. Just a 5 minute drive to town or the Marina. Off the family room there is an heated infinity pool that looks out to the ocean, the patio by the pool and the deck off the main living area have sun as well as shaded areas, enjoy reading, looking out over the ocean or at times spotting whales migrating as they pass by. Two bedroom are in the main house the third is by itself, it's a casita (an apartment) it's very private from the main part of the house. Separated from the house by a breeze-way, the room is all by it's self, there is a queen bed, a full bathroom, TV + DVD & VIDEO player, a small kitchen and sitting area with a large couch that makes into a bed, four could sleep there easy. It's a great place for the kids to hang out or if you want total privacy from the other part of the house. It's very secure as the only way in is the front door.

Our Casa/home is located on a desert hillside, at the end of a private street on the Pacific Side of the Pedregal. The Pedregal is a gated community of high end homes just next to the city of Cabo San Lucas. Near the center of Cabo, the night life, restaurants, the Marina and some of the best beachs in Cabo. The home is just up from the private Pedregal Beach, some of the best surf fishing in the area is from this beach. You can walk for miles next to the surf on it's white sand beach. Two bedrooms are in the main house the third bedroom is a Casita (an apartment) separated from the house by a short breeze way, there is a queen bed, a couch that makes into a queen bed, a small kitchen, full bath, a TV with DVD/VCR, it's a quiet and private space from the rest of the home. In the family room is a TV with Dish Network , a sound system, bring your ipod, and DVD/VCR with 150+ videos. There is also a Sauna large enough for 10, take a sauna then jump in the pool your in Cabo.

  • I ask for 50% payed by check upon booking and a check for the balance about 2 weeks before arriving
  • I'm happy to mail you a package of information when booking the house or not. Email me your mailing address and I will send it out. The information package includes a 6 page information sheet about the house, a local English newspaper 'Gringo Gazette' and a photocopy of the Los Cabos Visitor's Guide, this is a 50 page tourist information guide about restaurants, nightlife, shopping, golf, fishing, renting cars, most activities in Cabo.
  • The rates I charge are a bit lower than other comparable homes in the Pedregal, I have a beautiful home I try to be fair with everyone and I do try to weed out spring breakers that don't respect the home or people that will abuse the privilege of being able to rent a nice home at a fair price.   • The bathroom in the master bedroom is large, it has a shower big enough for 6, there is a large counter area and a toilet and a bidet. The bathroom for the 2nd bedroom is directly off the bedroom, it's large. There is also a 2nd door to the bathroom from the hall way that leads to the family room. The family room has a sauna big enough for 10, The pool is just outside the family room. The 3rd bathroom is inside the Casita, it's private for the use of the Casita. There is a 1/2 bath just off the entry to the house. From the entry you step down to the dining room, the living room is to the left. The kitchen is to the right of the dining room, behind the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a separate store room.

  • The master bedroom is just off the pool and near the Sauna, the mbr has a direct Ocean View. The room is private and large, there is a TV/ DVD/VCR. It's air conditioned and has an over head fan. The master bedroom has it's own masterbath, it's large. The 2nd bedroom is large as well. There is a queen size bed there is direct access to the bathroom which is private and large. The bedroom is air conditioned with an over head fan. There is a direct Ocean View from the room. The 3rd bedroom is a Casita (an apartment) it is located near the 2nd bedroom, you walk through a breeze way to the front door of the room. Inside is a full kitchen, a queen size bed, a couch that makes into a bed and a sitting area. The room is air conditioned there are 2 over head fans. It's a private space that's great for kids or if you just want to be alone, there are no decks and the only access is the front door. This makes the space private and secure it is the only room that does not have a direct Ocean View

Notes: Included at the house for the use of the renters are three quality surf fishing rods and reels and equipment to fish off the beach, the private Pedregal beach just down from the house is one of the best spots to surf fish in the area. It's one reason I purchased the home. Also included is snorkel gear for four, it's good equipment. Snorkeling just out side the Marina to the left is where most snorkel tour boats will take you for a fee, you can snorkel there right from the beach, there is a great local beach next to the Marina. Spend the day, swim off the beach or snorkel check out all the fish. The cost free! If you have the energy there's a two person ocean kayak with paddles and life vests, take lunch and drinks and paddle over to lovers beach from the Marina or the beach. You need a car to get the boat to the water, tie it to the roof with a couple of towels under it, I have stuff at the house to tie it down with. The boat is almost indestructible have fun! Please be careful !
