Only 3 lots from the beach on a private access, no through-way street. Come surround yourself with tongue-and-groove juniper walls and several east facing windows to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. Lower Level - Large recreation area with tile floors, foosball, pool, and ping-pong table, along with a huge selection of books and games. One Q room with a full-sized crib and another bedroom with 2 T beds. Living area with wood burning fireplace, flat screen cable TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar, stereo, W/D, and full refrigerator. Main Floor - Large living and dining area with gas burning fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD, and i-Pod stereo. Two rooms with Q beds, (one Q with master bath), and one bedroom with 2 T beds.
