New in 2006, this luxury four bdrm corner villa has granite counter tops in the kitchen that seats 7, a dining area that seats 6, three full bathrooms and two separate spacious living areas. The living room has a big screen TV and DVD/VCR. This property has an extra large balcony with partial ocean view, an outdoor pool and is located across the street from Cresent Beach. Pride of ownership is shown in this spacious 2,020 sq ft Villa. The kitchen is fully furnished with deluxe appliances. Three bdrms contain King Size swingbeds with their own TV, 4th bdrm has 1 double and 2 twin beds--all carpeted. Two couches are hide-a-beds. Available to our guests are full sized washer-dryer, cable, high speed WiFi, and telephone with free calling within the Carolinas-no long distance. Non-smoking Villa is five blocks from three golf courses. Restaurants and shopping on Hwy 17. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Hi-rise vans are not allowed in covered parking. Make your stay at the beach memorable.

Restaurants and shopping can be found along with IMAX, Aquarium, amusement parks and 75+ golf courses. This beautiful elevated condo has a full length balcony that provides great views with steady ocean breezes. Beach is just a short walk across the street. Full amenities are provided with up-to-date appliances, washer-dryer, cable and WiFi.
