The living room has new 47' LCD TV and DVD/VCR. This property has large balcony with partial ocean views, an outdoor pool and is located across the street from Cresent Beach. Pride of ownership is shown in this spacious NON-SMOKING 2,020 sq ft Villa. Fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops and deluxe appliances. The Master King and two bdrms with King Size swingbeds have their own TV, 4th bdrm has double and 2 twin beds. One couch has hide-a-bed. Available to our guests are washer-dryer, cable, high speed WiFi, and telephone with free long-distance calling in USA. Villa is five blocks from Hwy 17 and three golf courses. Restaurants and shopping on Hwy 17. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. NO motorcycles or hi-rise vans allowed in covered parking. Make your stay at the beach memorable.
