This townhome offers 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the fantastic gulf front living without the high-rise elevators and long walks to the beach. Listen to the waves crashing with deeded beach access allowing you unlimited private time on the white sand. Conveniently located near Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin Commons Mall. You are walking distance from several restaurants and coffee shops, away from the crowds and traffic. On the ground floor the towhome has a garage and guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. The second floor has a covered balcony and inside a open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The third floor has two bedrooms each having private baths. The master has a private balcony and king bed. Guest has a queen bed.

We stayed here for a week in June 2009 and everything was great. The townhouse was very, very clean and we had plenty of room. There were 6 adults and a baby and we were able to walk right out on the beach from the townhouse and that made it great with the baby. Being an older building, we had great water pressure in the showers. If and when return to Destin next year, we will definitely look at the townhouse again. Oh, we also were very fortunate to meet the building manager. She is a really kind and fun lady. We really enjoyed her.
