Description of the Destin vacation townhome rental
Step right onto the Sugar White Sands off your deck and you are enjoying the surf, sand and water that makes this location a 'Premium Of Destin' incredible. This townhome offers 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the fantastic gulf front living without the high-rise elevators and long walks to the beach. Listen to the waves crashing with deeded beach access allowing you unlimited private time on the white sand.
Conveniently located near Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin Commons Mall. You are walking distance from several restaurants and coffee shops, away from the crowds and traffic. On the ground floor the towhome has a garage and guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. The second floor has a covered balcony and inside a open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and half bath.
The sofa is a queen sleeper. The third floor has two bedrooms each having private baths. The master has a private balcony and king bed. Guest has a queen bed.
