Inside the apartment is all on one level. South Beach is the section of Miami Beach, Florida that encompasses the southernmost 23 blocks of an island, sometimes called “SOBE”, In South Beach you will also find Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, Flamingo Park, Art Deco District, Convention Center, Museums, Regal Movie Theater, and a beautiful (topless) beach. If you are visiting South Beach for just 3 or 4 days, you could easily get by without renting a car. Most everything is in walking distance, and the public transportation is good.

It has a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer/dryer in the unit, so is perfect for a self-catering holiday.

Thanks to Lila and Gilbert our stay was wonderful! They were waiting for us @ the property when our flight landed. The property is immaculate (looks just like the online pics) and had all of the amenities of home. We will definitely be returning to the property soon and I recommend it to anyone who wants to be right in the heart of South Beach! Everything is in walking distance. Thanks again.

Grerat South Beach Condo !!!

My wife, daughter and I just stayed at this condo and couldn't have been happier. The condo was very nice, the location is incredible. Everything you'll need is right around the corner. Beach, parks, restaurants, shopping, grocercy store, Everything is just steps away. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. We'll be staying here again on our next trip to South Beach.

Great apartment, very clean, very good location in South beach, everything you need.
