This large four bedroom century home is located in a tranquil area in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The home, although on a very quiet street, is central to all amenities. It is one block to Main Street which makes it a very short walk to all the fine and casual dining establishments, shopping, cafés, Acadia University, Waterfront Park, grocery store, pharmacy …
The main floor has an open concept kitchen (fully equipped), dining area, and comfortable sitting area. Double doors from the dining area open to the living room. The master bedroom, en suite, laundry, and 'kids Corner' filled with art supplies, books, crafts and games are also located on the main floor. Three additional bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor.
From the large kitchen, view the private and treed backyard through oversized windows. The patio with colourful Adirondacks and plants has sun and shade. The backyard has a shaded garden area we call Fairyland and a children’s play area with swingset. Many birds feed from the feeders and plants in the yard.
General: The Town of Wolfville boasts fine and casual dining and Acadia University with its many cultural, athletic, and educational offerings. The proximate area has many historical sites, golf courses, unlimited nature experiences. The nearby lakes and Bay of Fundy offer a multitude of opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy. The climate is considered by many, to be the best in Atlantic Canada. Halifax, the provincial capital, is only a one hour drive.
