This is a magnificent two bedroom with one full bath. It is in the Columbus Circle location, central to major shops, theatre, Lincoln Center and movie theatres. Whole Foods is at your door step. You have Central Park one block away. All major transportation is steps away, the B and C as well as the 1,2,3 and 9. The cross town bus is across the street. You have unobstructed views facing South, skyline, and West, river. It is a full service building. Starting January 2, 2010, this apartment will be available on weekends only from Thursday to Monday. Although it is really a three bedroom, only two of the bedrooms will be available for rent.

Centrally located with fantastic views!

We were very pleasantly surprised with this apartment. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The outside views from the windows were SPECTACULAR! The rooms are magnificent and decorated fabulously. This apartment comes complete with everything you could possibly need (except for the groceries). Every member of my family commented on how centrally located this apartment is to whatever you want to do. I would HIGHLY
RECOMMEND this apartment to anyone and look forward to renting this again on my next trip to NYC.

For five adults the apartment was perfect, so relaxing. The location was excellent, right next to Central Park and subway connections. Times Square was only 10 minutes walk away, lots of bars and restaurants nearby too, spoilt for choice. The Marriot hotel near Times Square, with its revolving restaurant is a great experience. The apartment is very spacious with the master bedroom being huge, with its ensuite bathroom, bath and shower, plus a walk in wardrobe, huge tv, and great views of the Hudson River, we were on the 28th floor. The other two bedrooms were smaller but adequate. Plus there was another bathroom, with a smaller bath and shower, plus washing machine and tumble drier in a cupboard. The living room had great views too of New York, with a long couch, and a tv and table and four chairs. The kitchen, which we did'nt use because its so easy to eat out, was full of cupboards and a fridge/freezer. The whole property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable.The door attendants to the apartment building were very friendly and helpful, full of local knowledge.

What a GREAT family place to stay while in NY !!!

Many THANKS to Dorothy for setting us up in her wonderful 28th floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury Manhattan apartment. She described it accurately and handled the details very well with us. She was also very reachable by office and cell phones. Beds were comfortable as was the whole place. Outfitted so very nice from the kitchen to the den to the bathrooms and bedrooms. What you see in the photos is what you get. We loved the location!!! Great 180* views of the City and river and just a block or two from the subways and a short walk to the theater district. Restaurants, delis and groceries were within a block away. Many THANKS also to Brenda for being so welcoming and meeting us there right on time of our arrival. Again, all was FANTASTIC in all regards with our experience staying here. We are a family of five and highly recommend renting this wonderful apartment from Dorothy!!!

WOW!!!

We are a group of five girls celebrating a 40th birthday. We have just returned today from an AMAZING 4 night stay in Dorothy's apartment. It really is an incredible apartment, one which made our stay in NY truly memorable. The views are breathtaking both day and night. A very chic yet comfortable and homely space, so much nicer than a hotel room. The master suite is the best we've ever seen - loved the walk-in closet - so SATC! A great concierge team looked after us throughout our stay. 5/5 for location, style, cleanliness, comfort and safety. Thank you Dorothy for all your help, we hope to revisit again one day as there's so much more we need to see and do.

Great location, view, apt

We are three couples from San Francisco who stayed the weekend of Feb 18-22. The views are terrific. The unit was quite modern, lots of marble, well stocked kitchen, very chic bathrooms. The unit was very clean and the high up location and solid windows blocked out almost all street noise. The building staff was more than helpful - good doormen, good concierge desk. The location cannot be beat...a few doors from subway ABCD1 lines, and two minute walk to Columbus Circle/Central Park. We look forward to staying here again.
Owner's Response: I am so happy to hear it when my visitors seem to enjoy their stay. It really is a fantastic place. It is one of the few three bedrooms that is in excellent condition in the middle of town. So east to get around to any part of Manhattan and the restaurants here are terrific.
