Notes: This is a townhome and is therefore a two-story property. Any potential elderly or infirm renters should be aware there are approximately four steps up to the front door (there is a railing) and then there are stairs inside to get to the bedrooms on the second floor (there is a railing and the stairs are carpeted). We love pets; and we understand they are an extension of the family. Unfortunately, our complex does not allow them.

Inland Harbour is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation Resort, only .5 miles away from Harbour Town with its signature lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and playground. Harbourtown Links Golf Course and the Sea Pines Racquet Club, home of the Stan Smith Tennis Academy, are located there. The Sea Pines Beach Club is one mile away and is easily accessed by bike, trolley or auto using resort gate pass. The Sea Pines Center with shops, gourmet grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals and trolley stop is across the street. The view is of the new Heron Point Golf Course by Pete Dye, which was re-opened in September 2007. High Speed Internet Access with wireless router and DVD player.

Managed by Sea Pines Property Management: This property is managed by Sea Pines Rental Management company, giving our guests 24/7 support for any problems, as well as the ability to pick the keys up in the luxurious Sea Pines welcome centre.

We stayed in this villa in November and loved it! It was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had a bath of its own (as well as the one downstairs) and that there was a washer and dryer in the home. The location was perfect! We were able to walk or bike to everything Sea Pines had to offer, and were also close enough to leave the plantation for dinner and miniature golf. The views from the deck which overlooks the lake were amazing. We look forward to returning. Would recommend highly!
