I emailed and talked with Mary extensively when looking for a rental in Vail and, while we ended up going with a different unit because we needed two units in the same complex to accomodate our group size, Mary was very responsive and helpful by email and phone.
I have rented through VRBO before, and you can tell pretty quickly when an owner is going to be easy to work with. Mary responded quickly, took the time to talk through all my questions, and seemed to genuinely love Vail and want to help us have a great trip. When we return with a smaller group I will look at Mary's properties first!
From what I could tell the Vail Village Inn seemed like a great location, reasonable price, with access to a hot tub and the ability to sleep a lot of people in a two bedroom.
