Travel to Roatan: Fly direct to Roatan on Continental, Delta, and Taca airlines.Travel on the island is made simple with taxis, car rentals or water taxis. You could walk to many areas from our house as well.We can arrange for a driver to pick you up at the airport.He can also be available for the duration of your stay- at your request.

The property: Orchid Beach is a new development of 7 homes owned by people from the U.S.Four of the homes are used for rental purposes, three for the owner's vacation use.All houses share the beach and dock, with a walkway on either side of the property.For those familiar with Roatan, we are in between Gumba Limba and Luna Beach.Our deck has alot of privacy and spectacular ocean and sunset views-throughout the house as well.We have beach chairs, rafts,a hammock, and a fishing pole for guest use, as well beach towels.We will provide whatever services and helpful information we can to make your trip most enjoyable.

Roatan: The island is unsurpassed in pristine clear waters and beautiful reefs teeming with hundreds of varieties of fish and marinelife, all accessed by walking in right from the shore.Our beach/ water is home to many lobsters and other crustaceans, fish that can be seen as soon as you get in the water, and a resident eel.Snorkel in privacy there, or walk or catch a water taxi to West Bay beach which has deeper waters and caves to snorkel in, with a different variety of fish and sea turtles, squid, etc.The calm waters at either location offer a prime snorkeling experience.

You can walk to virtually every type of ater excursion offered on Roatan right from our beach.Diving and restaurants are a short stroll.There are many excellent dining options on Roatan- the quality of fresh fish and seafood is outstanding.For those wanting comforts from home like burgers and pizza, that can be found as well.

The islanders are warm, friendly, and welcoming.
