Sit on the front private patio and enjoy the ocean breeze or go upstairs to the rooftop observation deck for incredible views of the island and beach. Across the street is the beach access boardwalk that will take you to a beautiful, sandy beach. You can reach Amelia Island by air via Jacksonville International Airport 30 minutes by car from the island.

Perfect Spot for Our Vacation

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Our son is handicapped and can't handle stairs, so there were no stairs for him to climb. Also, the master bath has a walk-in shower, which made things easier for him. We had our dog with us, so the patio and courtyard offered a little outdoor freedom for her. Also, since the beach (which is just across the street) is pet friendly, we enjoyed taking her for long walks on the beach. The fenced-in patio and courtyard are pretty private and both have comfortable temperatures during different times of the day. The patio (which is a great place to eat dinner) seems to get a gulf breeze every afternoon (along with full shade). The courtyard has shaded areas and a tropical feel. Tarla and Matt were easy to deal with and went out of their way to help put together a last minute rental for us. This condo will definitely be our first choice for our next vacation in Amelia Island. Thanks, Tarla and Matt!

Amazing Vacation Experience!

My mother and I selected this property for a vacation in June 2009, and we just can't say enough about the location, accomodations, or ownership. From the time I made first contact with the owners, they were professional, courteous, and did everything they could to make our stay hassle-free. We arrived to find a spotless condominium that surpassed our expectations based on the online description. The location is just steps from a public access ramp to the beach, making long afternoons at the ocean-side easy and convenient. We also found fresh linens, clean towels, and a kitchen cupboards fully stocked with silverwear, china, small appliances,etc. The furniture and bedrooms were comfortable and homey, and the cleaning crew that services this condo keeps it immaculate. On our next stay in Amelia Island -- one of my favorite vacation spots -- we will definitely try to book this same spot!
