Palmas del Mar is a resort complex with a golf club with two golf courses, tennis club and a beach club. The house is Villa Franca II No 63 and its part of the Palmas del Mar community. The master room bed is queen size with its bathroom and walking closet. The second room has a sofa-bed. The third room has two beds. The four room has a full bed. The web site below shows the Palmas del Mart features.

Palmas del Mar is located in the Caribbean Sea, 35 miles from San Juan and 25 miles from the rain forest 'El Yunque'. There is one mile of beach front. Our house is one mile from the two golf courses, half a mile from the tennis club, 2 miles from the Beach Club and one mile from the Four Seasons Hotel and Casino. The marina is 3 miles from the house. The downtown city of Humacao is 5 miles from Palmas del Mar and our house.

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

This house was so fantastic, we decided to stay in Puerto Rico an extra four days!!! The owner was super friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful, clean, and private. The Palmas Del Mar is the ULTIMATE family vacation spot. It is a gated community with great security. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The community pool was clean and private, and we were the only ones there! The owner also gave us passes to the Palmas Beach Club, where there was an enormous pool with water-park worthy slides, a toddler pool with a water park in it, a hot tub, volleyball court, restaurant, and a private stretch of beach with chairs, and beds with canopies!
This was an unforgettable vacation, we were sad to leave our "Puerto-Rican Paradise"

1st time staying at Palmas Del Mar Villa Franca II. The house was not only comfortable, it had a warm feeling to it. The house is exactly as it appears on Home Away.com We had a awesome exprerience one night, where a Coqui was waiting for us on the drive way. The beach club awesome, their food is delicious, aswell as the community pool, which was empty 90% of the time. The resort provides excellent security, and be careful for the golf courts. Will do it again.

Excellent Vacation Rental

This home is at the end of a cul de sac, perfectly located for your home away from home. Palmas del Mar is easy to find from Humacao and is quite a resort indeed. We were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the home and how the homeowner had everything organized. He even took the time to show us around the resort when he found out that it was our first time staying there. I will be back sometime for another vacation and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Great choice!

Very nice house in a private location. The house very comfortably sleeps 8 and is very well furnished. The owner is incredibly easy to deal with. We organized our holiday at the last minute without any hassle at all. The resort is a good choice for any type of get away. Our kids loved the pool near the house (we always had it all to ourselves) the beach club and the beach. We loved the tapas bar in the fishing village! We had a wonderful holiday. We’ve been doing holiday rentals for the last 5 years and this rental is easily the best value we’ve ever had.
