based on one of the finest communities in Kissimmee, and within walking distance to the Award winning Remington Golf course, this 5 bedroom villa has all the amenities to make your stay memorable.

Quiet and peaceful, This house has it all. Take a dive in the heated south facing pool or a relaxing wine under the parasol, and gaze across the lake featured a the rear of the property. The kids (and adults!) will love the pool with the toys our guests are free to use and having the privacy of no immediate rear neighbors.

Ideally located within 20 minutes from Disneyland but far enough away to enjoy beaches, shops and restaurants usually used by the locals The villa is family friendly with being based in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent park and monitored alarms including pool.

The villa boasts a south facing pool for all day sunshine On the patio are seating arrangements with tables and parasol, and sun lounges. There is also a small unused park to the left for a quiet evening stroll or a little football.

There is also a pool table/table tennis and a playstation for our guests use.

Broadband wire-less internet is now available to our guests,television in all 5 bedrooms rooms all with cable, dvd players to 3 of the bedrooms and one in the lounge.Separate laundry room with dryer.Main bedroom has a king sized bed with large ensuite with oversized shower and tub . Bedrooms 2 and 3 have single beds very tastefully decorated for children. Bedroom 4 has double sized bed with ensuite. Bedroom 5 has queen sized bed .Upstairs there is family bathroom.Downstairs boasts tv room/dining area/and 2nd seating area.Modern kitchen with all utensils/cutlery and all necessary pots and pans needed.There is also downstairs w/c with wash hand basin.Tv room has dvd player and playstation 2 with games.The garage has been used for a games room with electronic basketball game/pool and table tennis.Rear of the property overlooks a large waterfront and has a heated swimming pool with screen enclosure.

We found working with Josh to be a great experience. Our family has vacationed at Remington for over 8 years, our first going through VRBO. (our family grew and we needed a larger home) The house is very neat and well maintained. The privacy fence on one side, lake to the rear and the park on the otherside gave us great privacy. Property manager was very helpful and responsive with a small issue and resolved it quickly. We appreciated that very much. Almost forgot, we arrived later in the day and had asked that the pool heat be on as the four children would want to be "in the water". The water was fantastic. Thanks Josh, pleasure to work with you. We would highly recommend your home. mk

First of all the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Arrived to an extremely clean well kept home that had everything you would need for a self-catering holiday, better than the photos.. The pool was already nicely heated up for us so we could begin enjoying our holiday right away. Even though we were there for 4 weeks we had no real issues. As for those minor things that do pop up, the Property manager was readily available and dealt promptly to rectify issues.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well appointed home situated within 30 mins., of the Disney parks.

The written descriptions of the property were spot on. We did have to buy a frying pan because there was not a pan available. The house was very neat and clean and especially the bathrooms were spotless. Instructions for the property could have been written more clearly, for example, it was not clear how we were to leave the property. Also the appropriate information could have emailed in advance so we knew to bring paper products, especially toilet paper. All in all, a great experience.

Excellent accomodations

We stayed at this house with a large family group including children. It is located in a nice neighborhood not far off the main highway, close to restaraunts, walmart, etc.

The house itself is very nice, lots of bedrooms, nice furniture, a pool and game room. There are no immediate neighbors on one side of the house and a nice pond behind the house providing good privacy. The house was clean, new appliances, 4 bathrooms and a nice property.

The price was great for our needs. It usually took us 40 minutes or so to get to Disneyworld and Universal, but then again we didnt take any toll roads and that drive as okay for us since we saved so much money on the place and not having to eat out everyday.

Would definitely recommend this place for groups of 6 or more, we had no problems at all.
