The totally private sunbathing terrace has 8 sun loungers and 4x4sqm canvas umbrellas. The covered outdoor dining area has seating for 12 and there are two comfortable terrace seating areas for a cool sun downer at the end of the day, savouring the superb unrestricted views across the bay and Taurus mountains and admiring the spectacular sunsets. Ideal for family get together or a group of friends enjoying a holiday. The picturesque harbour town of Kas, nestled at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, retains its charm and beauty as it has done since ancient Lycian times. The Kas Peninsula is one of the gems of Turkey's spectacular 'Turquoise Coast' situated between the airports of Antalya and Dalaman. The town itself is a blend of village life, fishing, boating and a brisk tourist trade. The mountains and the sea that surround Kas provide their full share of activities while the bars and restaurants offer plenty of night life. The shopping is excellent supplying anything from local handicrafts, leather goods, lovely cotton clothing, to jewellery and the fabulous fruit and vegetables of the weekly bazaar. Activities include scuba diving, canoeing, trekking, cliff parachuting, mountain biking, riding, fishing, archaeological sightseeing and best of all renting a boat for the day to visit the nearby coves and beaches for bar-b-cues and picnics.

THE STAFF – Fatma and Oktay : Fatma speaks English and manages the house as well as being an excellent cook. She is assisted by a maid who does the cleaning and twice weekly linen changes. Oktay maintains the garden, terraces, swimming pool, all ancillary equipment and the barbecue. He also holds a full commercial driving license and is insured to drive any hire car. Once you have settled in at the villa, Fatma will prepare a lunch or dinner for your party, this is with our compliments, and we hope it will enable you to get a feel for her superb cooking skills and to savour the variety of dishes in Turkish cuisine.

THE SMIMMING POOL and TERRACE: The swimming pool uses NO CHLORINE OR CHEMICAL AGENTS. The water is filtered by the most advanced, ecologically tested system available. Without these chemicals there is no danger of skin disorders, hair discolouration or red eyes!! During the cooler months the pool water can be heated to a comfortable ambient temperature. There is a charge, payable locally, for the oil necessary for this service.

TRANSFERS: We can arrange for a private driver and air conditioned minibus to meet you at the airport. Costs at time of booking. Dalaman Airport is just over 2 hours drive and Antalya approximately 3 hours from the villa.

Golf: There are numerous internationally renowned golf courses in Belek approximately 3 hours drive

Myrajer villa is set in a wonderful location on the Kas peninsula with fantastic views. Property is maintained to an excellent standard both inside and out - fantastically comfortable and exquisite decor. This is the best villa I have stayed in - can highly recommend

Everybody extolls the virtues of staying here and I will not be different. What a place to relax and get over the worries of what is happening in the outside world. From Fatma's cooking and attention to detail. Oktay on the barbie and keeping the pool and gardens spectacular. The Villa has changed dramatically since I last stayed and is even better now.
Who needs to go out into Kas when the Villa has everything I require (apart from the trip out on the boat, which I always look forward to) Fatma's food just gets better and better. Every time I leave I cannot wait to get back. Cok Guzel Steve

Better than ever before

I've stayed at Myrajer before and can honestly say that stanards are even better this time. The house has been decorated to a premium level and extremely comfortable The pool was fantastic set in a lovely garden./spacious terrace (surrounded by a security fence). Fatma's cooking was lovely so much so we ate in most nights. Not difficult when you sit on the terrace with the sun going down and a lovely glass of local wine looking at the sea. We went to a local hotel for lunch and swimming and also hired Fatma's brother's boat. Can I say I have neve swam in such lovely water. Crystal clear, warm and seemingly unpolluted. No hesitation in recommending this villa or the area.

Fantastic villa in lovely area

When we booked this villa over the internet we were a little wary as it looked too good to be true. However when we got there, we realised that Villa Myrajer really is as good as it looks on the website, and better...

The views from the villa are stunning: you can see the mountains and sea all around. The villa itself is as beautiful and comfortable as it looks in the pictures - lots of space, extremely comfortable and kitted out with every mod. con. imaginable. Fatma and Oktay are a lovely couple who made the holiday a real treat - Fatma's food was really delicious and Oktay does a very tasty BBQ. They were always there to help and give recommendations so it was easy to sort out logistics (e.g. restaurant bookings, car hire, where to do shopping etc.). This meant that nothing was stressful. The pool was beautiful too - and essential, given that we went in August.

To top that, Kas - the small town nearby - is a really lovely place. Not too touristy (although clearly geared towards tourists), and a lovely, genuine place. Small enough to walk around, look at the boats, have a drink... The market on Fridays is brilliant and definitely worth the effort - it sells spices, pottery, jewellery, scarves, turkish delight, lovely tablecloths/towels, not to mention all the beautiful locally grown fruit and veg. Another highlight of the trip was a boat trip on Fatma's brother's boat - swimming/snorkeling off the boat and having a barbeque on board for lunch.

All in all, one of our most stress-free holidays ever in a beautiful house in a really lovely area with lots of help on hand should you need/want it. We look forward to going back!

Booking the villa and getting information before the trip were also extremely easy to do and efficient. Thank you.

A Home away from Home

We had a wonderful 2 week stay and were looked after perfectly by Fatma and Oktay . I can only reiterate the previous reviews and say that we were left wanting for nothing . The villa is most definitely a "Home away from Home" being so well equipped and comfortable - and with easy access into the town
Kas itself is also a lovely small traditional town with some nice shops, bars and restaurants . We spent many evenings enjoying a drink or a meal by the harbour and would also recommend a trip or two on Flora .
All in all we enjoyed a fantastic family holiday and we are already pining for everyone and everything . We will definitely be back !!
