This unit is in the heart of North Conway, located right at Settlers Green Outlet Stores; walk out to over 100 outlets. It is ideal for those looking for a romantic getaway, with all the amenities, and privacy that a hotel doesn't offer. For the skiers, the condo is only 20 minutes from Attitash/Bear Peak and Black Mountain. About 40 minutes to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Shawnee Peak. Or venture off to Sunday River in Maine in about an hour. Cranmore is literally in the back yard, only a 5 minute drive to the base lodge. For the couples come back after a day at the mountain to cozy up in front of the romantic fire. If you have children there are many attractions in the area. The seasonal Scenic Railroad (also a great romantic ride). Storyland is only 15 minutes away and Attitash is also great in the summer with alpine Slides, waterslides, biking, and horseback riding.

There are many Lakes in the area, including Echo Lake and Conway Lake, which is only 5 minutes away. The Saco River is great for Kayaking and Canoeing, or even the occasional lazy float on a tube. North Conway has very unique antique stores, and hobby shops. Stop into any of them on your drive up 16, you never know what you may find.

The restaurants varieties in the area are limitless. You can get fantastic Italian at Bellini’s, and great Mexican at Margarita Grill. There are so many hidden gems that it would take all day to list them all. Or if you fell like staying in, you can cook right in the unit. It sleeps four; Queen-size bed in bedroom; day bed in living room and pull out couch.

As for the locals, you will never find a more sincere, courteous group of people. So say hello. If you have any other specific questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks!

Cozy with all basic amenities, only lacking wireless connection. Easy in, easy out and access to everything. Owner was very nice and responsive to questions/calls and made transaction VERY easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

This was not advertised as a "self clean" unit and we were only informed after we had pre-paid. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find the bathroom not clean, nor were the refrigerator/microwave clean. The pull-out sofa was old, soiled, and very dusty as was the apartment in general. It was August, very hot and the one air conditioner was not installed, as advertised, but rather stored in the closet. There was a new mattress in the bedroom. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable and we spent minimal time there. Many of the surrounding rentals are year round, it was rather noisy and weekend parking was an issue. We contacted the owner regarding the lack of cleanliness and he made no offer to send someone to clean. We would not recommend this rental to friends or family.
Owner's Response: I am completely confused by this review

As for the mattress I was not aware it had been soiled.When I spoke to my previous renter as well as the next booking who also used the same mattress, they said everything was great and they loved the unit.

As for this being a self cleaning unit, I informed the renter before she paid on the phone that is was self cleaning and what the cleaning responsibilities were to get her security deposit returned.

As for the air conditioner, the next renter informed that it was already in the window so I do not know how it installed itself.

I welcome everyone to read previous reviews and future reviews. I have several repeat customers for years.

I do not know what their true agenda was for posting this.

Please be the judge yourself and I know you will not be dissapointed!!!!!

great stay

Great location. Lots of hiking and biking.
The place was clean and neat---nice little touches throughout the condo.
As a bonus----shopping at our door stop. Got a ton of christmas shopping done.
Owners made the whole process very easy

Our stay here was awesome...the condo was perfect for two people. We spent most of our time out enjoying North Conway and the sights, but the time we did spend in the condo was pleasent. The condo was well maintained and very clean. We will definitly stay here again! -Lindsay and Ryan (Manchester, NH)
