From this charming two-story cottage located in the village of Bayville and the town of Boothbay Harbor relax and enjoy ocean front water views of Linekin Bay from the covered porch and open deck. The kitchen is well equipped including a microwave and dishwasher and there is a water view dinning area for six. The living room has water views as well. All three bedrooms and full bath are on the second floor and there is a half bath on the first floor. Walk to the Bayville Association tennis court, small beach, public dock and nearby hiking trails. Close to all the shops, an abundance of great restaurants and activities in Boothbay Harbor.

The cottage is at the head of Linekin Bay just east of Boothbay Harbor and looks out to Ocean Point and Spruce Point and several islands. Boothbay is a very well known summer resort just past Wiscasset and about an hour north of Portland. There are day sail, cruise & fishing boats that leave from the Harbor wharfs. Eat lobsters & clams at local wharf restaurants or cook them in the cottage. Close proximity to state parks, aquarium, museums, LL Bean's and other Freeport Outlets.
