Charming updated cape house, walking distance to town and restaurants, 1/2 mile to Falmouth Heights Beach, 2 blocks from Martha's Vineyard Ferry. Features: 2 bedrooms on the first floor with full bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and outside shower. Upstairs sleeps 6 and a full bath. The house is air conditioned, cable, internet and, has a private back yard with grill. Falmouth is a seaside historic town with outdoor concerts, 7 mile bike path along the ocean, aquarium, golf courses, all kinds of shopping and of course the ferries to Martha's Vineyard.

This is a great place. The pictures don't do it justice. It's so nice and cozy! I rented this place the first weekend in May just to have a girls weekend with some friends, we ended up having the best time! There are plenty of beds, and 2 couches if also needed. The house is well-equiped with the essentials which most summer rentals do not have. Every person that came in the house said they wished it was their own house, it was just that comfortable from the moment you walked in. Sitting out on the back deck, we BBQ'd and watched all the animals running around. It was an all around great vacation, and I would definitely recommend this home. The owner, Barbara, is extremely nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave us all the details up front so we didn't have any questions when we got there. Enjoy to all that book this home :) :)
