House - 3 Bedrooms - + 3 Baths - (Sleeps 9)

This property has been subject to an upscale renovation and is therefore new. It is very nice and homey. The transportation system near the house is excellent. The property is centrally located just like at the summit of a pyramid, it will take you a similar time everywhere you want to go and that makes it very convenient. This property was inspected by the Walter Reed housing department and is on the list of certified properties due to its excellence. Everything is of upscale quality.

This house has everything to make you feel at home and includes a professional desk with stationery,computer, printer, copier & scanner; in case you need to do some work so it will be perfect for a corporate traveler or guest wanting to follow up on their work. In addition, we recently added an espresso machine for guests to prepare an espresso or a cappuccino at their will, coffee is also available, in addition to the regular coffee machine. We also added scents candles and added natural scents to pillows and beds, allowing a maximum comfort and pleasure.

Swimming pool and Fitness center nearby: There is a very nice and big indoor swimming pool with a fitness center, operated by the D.C.government It is very well maintained and the fee is very low for non-residents. It is located at 2 miles from the house.

About The Owner

I am a world traveler and am aware of the particular needs of travelers. I like to make sure that my guests have everything they need. The service is immediate and excellent. I even offer driving quick tours so as to allow guests to have a good feel of the ways to visit areas of their interests should they be interested, since their time is limited and they want the best out of it. I always aim for a perfect stay.

Why The Owner chose Petworth

Because it is an excellent house with excellent amenities. It is very convenient because it has 3 full baths, one with a corner jacuzzi, all have showers. It has excellent communication means, excellent and very fast WIFI internet (FIOS), excellent TV, 50' Panasonic HDTV with several hundreds cable channels HD. There is a parking for two cars just at the back of the house.

What makes this townhome unique

The house is furnished with taste with high quality furniture.

Centrally located and close to the Rock Creek Parkway that avoids red lights and allows quick driving times to most locations.

All guests received thought it looked much better than in pictures and greatly appreciated the convenience this house offers.     'The minute I crossed the threshold I felt at home', such were the
    words of guests from Germany. It will be hard to leave this house',
    the comments of guests from San Diego, California. 'It is perfect and
    gorgeous, It is nicer than the way it looks on pictures', the opinion
    of all guests. This house underwent a thorough and upscale renovation
    so it is new with luxurious furniture. The new and magnificent wood
    floor also brought unanimous satisfaction. it is so beautiful that
    guests, in a sign of respect remove immediately their shoes upon
    arriving. 'it is hard not too' they would say.

A wonderful week in DC

I would just like to say what a wonderful week my family and myself had in DC, partly because of Adam's house. What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, emaculate, top-notch accommodations. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very nice to be able to come back there at the end of a long site-seeing day in DC, and be able to cook a nice dinner just like at home and kick the shoes off and relax. We could not of been more happy with the place and the location. Your host, Adam, sees to EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for, and then some. I have already reccommended his house to others I work with.

There were 9 of us that stay for 4 days. Adam was a wonderful host. He was responsive in setting up our reservation, attentive and extremely helpful during our visit. Parking was available in driveway and on the street. I would suggest that small vehicles fit well in the parking space and larger vehicles (van/suv) would be more comfortable on the street. We brought two vehicles. We spent most days in town at the Smithsonian's and Adam was a great guide in suggesting how to get there and where to park once there. The house was wonderfully clean and spacious - enough bathrooms and bedrooms for us to sleep well and get ready all at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well; including television and internet. I would have no concerns in recommending this location to friends and family for short or long term stays.

Perfect Stay!

This was my first time using a vacation rental website, and Adam made it so easy! I was renting the apartment for my co-workers who were in town to complete work in DC at one of the museums. They were staying in town for more than a month and a half, so I wanted to make sure they would be comfortable. It was also important that they be able to get to DC without a car. Adam kept me informed throughout the process, and he took care of everything so that my co-workers would be comfortable upon arrival. The descriptions of the rental were accurate, and everything was clean and just as described. I am very happy and will definitely stay here (or have my co-workers stay here) again on future trips!
