Backyard: Outside there is a 40' x 20' heated gunite pool with 'Hollywood Steps' , 7 person Hot tub, a covered, wrap-around porch with swing, outdoor shower, a bar-b-que grill. Plenty of new matching patio furniture and lounge chairs in a fenced in yard. Watch your kids have fun in the pool while you sit in the shade of the covered porch

Garage: The room above the garage is a huge beautifully finished multi-use space with half bathroom, six skylights, three beds, AC, carpeting, cable TV, DVD and internet. Perfect for teenagers, nannies, grandparents or as a rainy day room. Lower level has two car spots for all your summer toys or use the bicycles or row boat

Perfect for a family, the pool is just grest, proximity to the beach, and sag harbor is very relaxing
