Clean, adorable home located in a quiet neighborhood - only 2.5 miles from warm, sandy beaches and only 20-minutes over the bridge! Large fenced-in backyard with an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an oversized deck with picnic table and gas grill. New bamboo flooring throughout the open kitchen/living room and hardwood in both bedrooms. Fully furnished including linens/towels, a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and two twins in the other; living room has sofa, loveseat and 50' TV! Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, stove & microwave) and one full bath. Also includes a washer and dryer! No need to re-pack dirty laundry. "Best Accommodation We Have Ever Had"

We have had a really lovely holiday in your cottage and are very reluctant to go home. We have been coming to Cape Cod for three years and this is the best accommodation we have ever had. You have provided everything we could need with plenty of supplies, toiletries, and cleaning materials. We really appreciate your attention to detail -- and the bottle of wine upon arrival.

"You've left Nothing out that a Visitor Could Want"

Our first vacation in Falmouth that we've rented! I've been coming here for over 50 years and the kids since they were babies (now 28 & 26). We've never known anything except my aunt's house on Woodshole Rd. Your cottage was an absolute delight! You've left nothing out that a visitor could want. I remember reading my aunt's "journal" from "The Baysiders" - the B+B she and my uncle ran for decades. Your journal (like theirs) will tell such a story as time goes on...

I could not have asked for a nicer place to stay and vacation with my adult children. Hopefully, all our schedules will coincide next year and we'll be back!

What a beautiful cottage with all the comforts of home. Thank you for letting us spend time here. The boys had a great time and loved the big screen TV so much. Now the pressure is on to buy one! LOL.

"1st time rental - loved the freedom of it!"

Ben & Jody,

What a great house. It was perfect for our "home base". This was the 1st time we have ever done a rental - loved the freedom of it! I was amazed at all the similarities between this house and ours in Kentucky. The only thing I would change was the weather. The first 3-4 days it rained - "nor'easter" in June? It cleared on Wednesday in time to visit M.V. and Boston. The rain did not keep us in. We saw the Cape, Salem and Plymouth in the drizzle/rain.
