Within Sugar Hill, this property is an easy 5 minutes walk to the public tennis courts and playground intended for residence of Sugar Hill, with your confirmed rental use of Sugar Gardens qualifying you as guest in residence.
Old New England Farmhouse made new again: The owners of Sugar Gardens have just recently finished completely renovating the house from corner to corner, edge to edge and every thing in between. If you ever wanted to see what an old farmhouse looks like when Lovingly and completely restored, your stay here will prove quite valuable. The hardwood floors almost literally glow from the shine of the days light, and walking with your shoes on just won't feel right. Your socks where meant to be between your feet and this home's floors, and not those shoes they fill otherwise. Trust us!
Ski: Skiing... New Hampshire's biggest and best ski areas (Cannon Mountain, Loon Mountain and Bretton Woods) are all within a 35 minutes drive of Sugar Gardens where snowshoe and cross-country ski options start pretty much from the doo of Sugar Gardens.
