YOUR WINTER AND SUMMER VACATION RIGHT ON NANTASKET BEACH

This Little cottage was Perfect! We met Fulvia who was very sweet, wanted to make sure everything was just so, so we could have a memorable stay. Thanks Fulvia!
I fell in love with the master bedroom with it's own deck on the second floor an Ahhh Moment, might I mention the tempur pedic mattress slept like a baby, the bathroom was adorable, perfect colors for a beach cottage. We didn't need the other two bedrooms, two adults and our Boston which made tons of friend each day on our numerous walks up and down the beach. I of course on the very last day took all our left over bread and made immediate friends with the numerous seagull, who if you listened carefully all at once screamed mine, mine, mine... We stayed 3 days at this cottage, I frankly could of moved right in, with all the charm and character of a beach home the word "Simplicity" came to mind. I loved the dish rack that folded up against the wall, took a photo so I could find one myself, maybe one day I could find a little cottage beach side to use it.
We had a wonderful time, I've been renting cottages for over 20yrs, I've only taken the time to write a review, if I feel credit is due. I don't feel the need to give negative feedback, there are plenty in this world to do that.

Let me just end by saying this little cottage has lots of charm, very clean, and if you end up renting for a week or just a weekend getaway, you will feel the stress melt away each time you, look out the window and just Breathe....

What a fabulous vacation we had in this unique little oceanfront home. It is literally on the beach with the backyard being the ocean. We loved sitting on the deck outside enjoying breakfast and watching the joggers on the beach. It's a great location with easy access to all parts of Hull. I would recommend for any family to stay - we had 3 adults and on and off grown children that stopped by for a few nights here and there. I would definitely return - the owner was lovely and very accomodating. Skip the cape - enjoy a really nice, quiet and not overly crowded MA town.

Family of 4 plus pup - we love this spot. The view is fabulous. All of us got up at 5:30 every morning to view the magnificent sunrise. Sleeping to the sound of the surf was most relaxing and therapeutic. This is our third year at this location and we will certainly return. The only improvement I can think of is more sitting room in the living room. We had to purchase a few inexpensive chairs in order to enjoy eachother's company in the living room. My family highly recommends this house - just be ready to sweep several times a day-small price for proximity to the beach!!
