This beautiful chalet is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Hideout, walking distance to the lake, beach, pool, and lodge. Enjoy the sunlight filtered through green leaves surrounding the screened-in porch with your morning coffee; large outdoor deck sets the stage for barbecues and time spent in the natural surroundings. The Hideout offers many amenities -- beaches and pools, swimming, boating, golf course with lodge, tennis, basketball fishing, sports complex, gym, downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, game room, arts & crafts -- and is perfect for a quiet getaway as well as for families. We are pet friendly. Linens and full kitchen are included. Over 25 only. Families and small groups welcome. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY.

Ski: Winter Joy In Northeast PA: Sno Mountain (previously Montage Mountain) – A great place to visit, a lot of renovations, has a future of being a grand winter ski area and summer waterpark (complete with spa and water rides!).Tanglewood Ski Area - Convenient, fun, family oriented! Elk Mountain - Have not tried yet, but it is said to be a decent ski area. ski-bigbear Comes highly recommend. Break up the winter blues with a visit to the Crystal Cabin Fever event runs usually mid Feb - early Mar.

I loved this house. It was a great deal. The community had a lot to do. The house is ina peaceful area. There is an awesome screened in porch and deck. The house is nicely furnished and everything you could ever need is there. We will be back. Thanks!!

We loved it here. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Linens were provided as well as everything you need for the kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement. You really get the feeling of being out in the country and there are trees and quiet all around. It was easy to get to the lodge and pool/lake and the kids loved it. Highly recommended.

The house is lovely and our stay couldn't have been better. There is no traffic in front of the house and we felt the children were very safe to play there. As a family we enjoyed outdoor picnics on the deck and the screened in porch is surrounded by trees and birds and made a great "hang-out" area for all of us. The lake and pool are just down the hill -- a short walk away. Coming from the city it was a perfect get-away for us. We will definitely go back next year.
