60 year old, third generation family cottage with handcrafted pine interior. Cottage sits on the bluffs at Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and picturesque views from the screened porch or deck. Tidal changes of the bay offer great swimming and exploring opportunities for all ages. 1st floor: Kitchen, living loom with fireplace, TV with DVD/VCR and cable. Living room looks out to Cape Cod Bay. 2 bedrooms (2 twin and 1 full bed), full bath, sun porch with daybed, screen porch with tables and chairs. 2nd floor: Large open room with 2 twin beds and 1 full bed, TV with VCR and cable overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Amenities: Washer, dryer, gas stove, refrigerator (2), ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, shower and bathroom in basement, outside shower, ceiling fans, gas grill, circular drive. Beach: Oceanfront between Campground and Thumpertown Beaches. Restrictions: Maximum occupancy 8, no smoking, no pets.
